You’re welcome to book a consultation if you’re considering therapy and want to see whether working together feels like the right fit.
I’m aware that I’m not the right therapist for everyone — and that’s okay. Research consistently shows that the quality of the therapeutic relationship matters more than any specific approach or technique. Taking time to find a therapist who feels safe, attuned, and aligned with you is an important part of the process.
A consultation offers space to talk about what you’re looking for, ask questions, and get a sense of whether this work feels like a good fit for you. There’s no obligation to move forward, and no pressure to decide right away.
A Note About In-Person & Farm-Based Therapy
If you’re hoping to work in person on the farm, sessions begin with a virtual intake.
Starting virtually allows us to:
get to know one another in a contained setting
understand your goals and needs
ensure that in-person or farm-based sessions are a good and appropriate fit
If it feels aligned, we can then move into in-person sessions on the farm. This approach helps support safety, pacing, and clarity for everyone involved.
Session Format & Fees
Therapy is offered in the following formats:
Virtual therapy sessions
In-person therapy sessions
Animal-integrated therapy on the farm (following a virtual intake)
Session fees are the same across formats.
Fees:
$180 for a 50 minute session
$270 for a 90 minute session
